RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At 48 Hours Plus Pakistan, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Turkish botanical formulas. We understand that elite service requires a clear and fair return process for our clients.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned or exchanged if the official 48 Grup security seals remain unopened and intact.
  • If you have a documented allergy to specific botanical ingredients, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Due to health and hygiene standards, opened items are strictly non-returnable.

2. How to Process Your Request

To begin an authorized return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Care

Call or WhatsApp our expert desk at 0309-5697924.

Step 2: Documentation

Share a clear image of the parcel with the original delivery slip attached.

Step 3: Verification & Refund

Once received, refunds are processed within 24 business hours. A PKR. 500 processing fee applies to refunds.

3. Timeframe & Limitations

  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns due to a "Change of Mind" are not accepted to ensure the fresh integrity of our stock.
  • Authorized pickups will be arranged via our official courier partners.
